Sunny Hill Pension & Bar is a new pension/guesthouse open from November 2002. The Pension is situsted in the town of Svoboda nad Upou which is within a short distance from the beautiful spa town Janske Lazne, where is mountain called Cerna Hora 1299m; one of the longest ski slopes in the Czech Republic, the longest night ski slopes in the Czech Republic, cable car, modern ski lifts and for all family sledge route, plenty of restaurants, bars, water park and golf course. The Sunny Hill Pension has four double rooms, two family rooms with 4 beds, two rooms with 3 beds. Each room has bathroom, Satelite TV, hairdryer, luxury bed sheets and towels. Breakfast, parking and welcoming drink is included in price. Downstairs is a Bar Restaurant for guests with Satelite TV, video and DVDs for all family.

There is a fantastic view from the Sunny Hill Pension on the Cerna Hora and the town of Svoboda nad Upou. The Sunny Hill Pension is surrounded by forest and greenery in a mountain area which offers a peaceful atmosphere suitable for holydays with children and singes all year around. Main activities in winter are skiing and snowboarding and in summer cycling, swimming, hiking and golfing.
